House – Island of Brac

The house is made of stone and concrete (6.4 m x 6.4 m), built in 1971, and completely renovated in 2007.
It consists of a ground floor: a kitchen (with a pantry), a living room, a bathroom, a 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, balconies, a hallway, and an attic (installations of the house).
In front of the house, there is a large terrace, 4 x 10 m, and there are two more smaller terraces. below the house, there is a basement with a draw-well (although the house is connected to the water supply system) and a solar heating of the water – australian system.
In front of the house, on the road level, there is a garage, covered with the stone from Brac.
There is a total of 128 sqm of indoor, usable, functional and furnished space, and a garden of the surface of 430 sqm.
