Vodice – Hotel by the sea

The hotel is located near Sibenik, in Vodice, by the sea, just 1 minute from the bars and restaurants on the promenade.

The hotel is situated on a land area of 2600 m2, with a large green garden, parking, restaurants, the beach and a cocktail bar, oven and grill, with stunning views and maritime ambiance.
The hotel has 20 rooms with TV and bathroom. There are a total of 48 beds. The ability to upgrade the hotel for one more floor and attic, which would allow twice the capacity.

The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor terrace, a capacity of 200 to 300 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s another store, butcher section, toilets and cold storage. Capacity cocktail bar has 200 seats and extra space for standing in the gardens overlooking the beach.
