Apartment by the sea – Island of Lopud

Two apartments on the island of Lopud located at a 60m distance from a sandy beach, a mere 7 nautical miles from Dubrovnik, and in the vicinity of a 19th-century botanical park.  The two apartments can easily be merged into one.  There are no cars on the island.  Construction of the apartments  followed traditional architecture and therefore, the house blends wonderfully with its harmonious environment.  The interior of the house was also built traditionally with natural materials, soft wood flooring strips, wooden beams, wooden windows and doors.  Both apartments have two floors (the first floor and the attic).  The apartments have a lovely view of the sea, the bay, and the park.
