House first row to the sea – Omis area

Extensive description: The house is in one small village close to Omis. It has stunning location above the sea and its surrounded with pine trees providing summer shade. Each floor is about 40m2, so the house has about 80m2 of living space. Ground floor is organized as one apartment, while the upper floor needs to be finished. Each floor has its separate entrance.

There are two gardens. The one in front of the house, toward the sea has several old large pine trees and has particular Mediteranean feeling to it. It provides magnificent view to the sea and the beach below. The garden behind the house is cultivated with local plants and has a parking space. It would be possible to do additional construction to extend the house, add the pool or similar. It is one of the most modestly priced sea front houses on Croatian coast.
