Land with sea view – Brac island

Description:

Agricultural land plot with the total surface of cca 10 000 sq m. It consists of approximately 200 olive trees. There is a well on the land, water and one small little stone house, used before as a shelter. The whole terrain is cultivated, and there is no wood around the land plot, only cultivated olive groves. The road to the olive grove is accessible. The agricultural land plot is 4 km from the sea and it has a view on the sea. The documentation is regular.
