Seasonal changes on real estate market

As befits this time of year, prices of real estate fell in the Croatian mainland, while those in the Adriatic, because of the tourist season is rapidly growing. A large number of business premises in the area of Pula is already leased, and when it comes to selling them, prices fell by 4.9 percent and the price of one square meter in June amounted to 1617 euro.
Offices in Split, since the arrival of a large number of tourists were given the price, hence the rental price of the same rose by 20.5 percent and the average monthly advertised price was 10 Euros per square meter. Prices have risen at Zadar’s premises, the lease is up 6.9 percent higher than in February and in June stood at 13.9 Euros per square meter.

Wanted:
In June the largest number of visitors browsed the business premises (offices and surgeries more accurately) in Zagreb, Split, Crikvenica and Cres and Mali Losinj. Warehouses are, however, the most searched in the area of Zagreb, and Primorje-Gorski Kotar and Split-Dalmatia County.

In June the foreign visitors dominated the high demand for office spaces, and areas where foreigners are showing most interest is the Zagreb and the County of Split-Dalmatia, Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. Positions for which foreigners are showing the greatest interest are: Zagreb, Split, Split, and Cres and Mali Losinj. The largest number of foreigners in June came in looking for rental or purchase of office space came from the United States, Germany, Bosnia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Austria.
