Beach villa is located in Bol, on the famous Promenade that takes from Bol center to the Zlatni rat beach.But all the way, along the Promenade there are other pebble beaches – just 20 meters from the property of villa. From Promenade, paved path leads to the entrance of the apartment, through the gate. Surrounded with the lavander and rosemary bushes, almorn and pine trees, villa offers comfortable accommodation idealy for the family. Apartment consists of two floors – ground floor anf first floor. On the first floor there are two sleeping rooms and bathroom with shower and WC. In one bedroom there is matrimonial bed and in second there are twin beds. On the ground floor there is living area with kitchen. Living area is equipped with sofa and SAT/TV and dining garniture aside. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microvawe, plates and cutlery and kitchen utensils.

From the living area there is exit to the south terrace with seaview, through the large french door, with the sitting garniture and deck chairs. There is also terrace on the north side of the house, that also has exit from the living area through the large french doors, that is equipped with the dining garniture. Barbecue is also available.

Apartment in Vila is located close to the pebble beach but also close to it are sport centers – diving center located on Borak beach as well as the windsurfing center. Center of Bol is reachable for the two minute walk as well as the restaurants and shops.
