Extensive description: This house, with the surface of cca 118 sq m, and the house lot of 150 sq m are situated second row to the sea in a small village on the Island of Brac. The whole house is built in Brac stone and only 30 m away from the sea. It has three storeys – on the first storey, which is the ground floor, there are small room and toilet, on the second storey (first floor) there are kitchen, living room, and terrace.
