An unfinished house on two floors with a small yard and one parking space. The planned reconstruction would provide approximately 15 m2 per floor plus a terrace / court on the ground floor. Electricity connection exists, the water from the tank, (feeder station is right across the street from the house, and the city water supply is provided for the adopted urban plan and is already halfway in the construction in stages). The courtyard is walled on all sides. The house is detached, on both sides of the agricultural land and building is not permitted.
