A stone house with a total living area of 130 m2 was built on a plot of land of 300 m2, and is located in a small tourist town on the island of Brač.

On the ground floor there is a room that is used as a summer kitchen and a room with a bedroom. An external staircase leads to the first floor where there is an apartment with a beautiful terrace. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. On the attic floor there is another apartment consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bedrooms have a stunning view of the city center.

All floors are connected by an external staircase. The house has an energy certificate, and a garden that can be used for parking.
The house is 80 m from the beach, and shops, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The island of Brač, unlike all the other Adriatic islands, which often look like stone axes buried in the open sea, has its own interior, abundant flora and fauna and a more distinct experience of the seasons.
