Apartments are available for sale in a new residential building currently under construction, consisting of a total of 11 residential units with sizes ranging from 64 m² to 127 m². The planned completion of the project is Q4 2026.

 

For added comfort, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms, while electric underfloor heating is installed in selected areas. Hot water is provided via an individual water tank in each unit. Electricity consumption is monitored through a remote reading system, while water usage is measured through shared building water meters.

 

The building has an A+ energy rating and will feature a high-quality elevator as well as modern, well-designed entrances for each staircase. The structure is designed as a reinforced concrete frame with 25 cm brick infill, while the floor slabs are constructed as monolithic concrete slabs. Thermal insulation consists of 10 cm external insulation combined with 5 cm internal insulation, finished with a silicone plaster façade.

 

The flat roof is built with professional-grade thermal and waterproof insulation. All windows and large glass walls feature aluminium frames with triple glazing, complemented by electric aluminium shutters and insect screens.

 

The interior spaces feel bright and open thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and a ceiling height of 270 cm. Walls and ceilings are finished in clean white tones, while the main living areas feature laminate flooring and the terraces are finished with ceramic tiles. Apartments include fire-rated entrance doors and interior doors with an increased height of 215 cm.

 

Bathrooms are fully equipped with modern wall-mounted sanitary fixtures, cabinets, and high-quality faucets, along with built-in lighting and ventilation. Each apartment is pre-installed with the necessary electrical connections and a video intercom system for guest access.
