The island of Čiovo is close to the sea and the beach

The property is located in an ideal location, in the first row to the sea, with direct access from the yard to the beach, which has a sunbathing area and a mooring for smaller boats.

Due to the difficult terrain, the beach is not accessible to tourists and can only be used by the owner and his guests.

The house is divided into three floors:

– On the ground floor there is a summer kitchen connected to a large terrace and garden with direct access to the sea. On this floor there is also a large cistern which is unusable today, since the house is connected to the water supply network, the cistern can be converted into a new living space on this floor.

– On the ground floor there is an apartment consisting of a room with its own balcony, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room and a living room… The large terrace on this floor stretches along its entire length.

– On the second floor, which is reached by internal stone stairs, there is a comfortable one-room apartment similar to the first floor, but with a slightly larger terrace.

The property needs to be adapted, the yard arranged, and if possible, a swimming pool.

The house itself is in a good micro and macro position near the town of Trogir. Close to other facilities, shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and highway.
