Croatia, Dalmatia islands, Brac - Island of Brac - An olive grove with an open view of the sea

The agricultural land is located on the island of Brač, it has 38,934 m2, it is only 480 meters from the sea and only a 10-minute drive from the center of Supetar.

The road is macadam, water and electricity are nearby and olive trees are planted on the land.

Construction is permitted on agricultural land subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:

– registered OPG for the provision of catering and tourist activities
– the land area must be at least 30,000 m2 in a protected coastal zone 1,000 meters from the coastline
– the building must have up to 400 m2 of ground floor and 1000 m2 of basement, with the fact that the building must be at least 100 meters from the coastline
– the construction of several separate buildings is not allowed
– the area must be planted with permanent plants for at least 70% of the area.
