About the property

Island Mljet house in the first row to the sea.

The location of the house is excellent, first row. In nature, it is a semi-detached house with a separate entrance.

The house is located on a plot of 390 m2 and is spread over 4 floors that are connected to each other by external stairs.

– There is a 22m2 garage on the ground floor.

– On the first floor is a three-room apartment, with a large terrace in front of the house, which can be used as a sunbathing area in the summer.

– The second floor has been used for tourism until now. There are 4 rooms in total, each room has its own bathroom.

– On the third floor there are 4 more rooms, each with its own bathroom. On the last floor there is a summer kitchen (approx. 20 m2), a terrace with a barbecue and a yard surrounded by a lush pine forest, a space for family gatherings.

The advantage of this property is that it can be used for private and commercial purposes.

Mljet is a wooded island in Croatia, a national park, a mystical island where it is difficult to find a property to buy, and even more difficult to find a house in a great location in the first row to the sea.

The island is connected to the Pelješac peninsula by a ferry line, it is a 40-minute drive to the first intersection on the highway, and an hour’s drive to the Dubrovnik airport.

Location

Mljet, Dalmatia islands

Mljet is the southernmost and easternmost of the larger islands of the Dalmatia region of Croatia. The National Park includes the western part of the island, Veliko jezero, Malo jezero, Soline Bay and a sea belt 500 metres wide from the most prominent cape of Mljet covering an area of 54 km2. Mljet lies south of the Pelješac peninsula, from which it is divided by the Mljet Channel.
