On the lower floor there is a luxuriously decorated apartment consisting of three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, kitchen and living room with access to the terrace where there is a swimming pool and sunbathing area. An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, which is richly equipped with facilities for socializing and enjoying, such as a sauna, an indoor pool, exercise equipment and an additional bathroom.

The house has a garage for 3 cars and additional parking in front of the house. All apartments are modernly decorated and equipped with air conditioning, and floor heating is also installed.

The beach is 250 m from the house, and it is possible to reach the beach directly by stairs from the house. All facilities that are essential for life are nearby. The property is located in a small fishing and tourist resort, 16 kilometers south of Omiš and 18 km northwest of Makarska. The place is small and picturesque with quite a few restaurants and coffee bars, and it provides a real Dalmatian ambiance and allows everyone to rest and enjoy nature, far from the city crowd and noise. The place is extremely proud of its beauty, cleanliness and a large number of beautiful beaches.
