This traditional stone house is located in Gruda, in the green and peaceful surroundings of Konavle. The house has three floors of total residential and commercial space, with a well-organized layout.

The ground floor includes a business space with three rooms and a bathroom, with a private entrance and high ceilings, which provides flexibility for different types of businesses or conversion into a residential area. An external staircase leads to the first floor, which includes a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, a bathroom and a utility room.
