The house was completely renovated in 2008, with the roof, insulation and installations being renewed. Special attention was paid to preserving the existing stone and original architectural elements so that the house retains its authentic island character even after the renovation.

 

Surrounded by old stone houses and quiet streets of the traditional Hvar town, the property offers a sense of privacy and distance from the tourist crowds, while at the same time the sea, shops, restaurants and other necessary amenities are only a few minutes’ drive away.
