Croatia, Istria and Kvarner, Labin - Land by the sea with an existing facility

In the village of Ravni, at a distance of approximately 12 km from Labin, there is an agricultural land with a total area of ​​812 m², which includes two cadastral parcels and a legalized brick building with an area of ​​25 m².

The facility is located right next to the sea coast, on the beach, just a few meters from the sea. The land is functionally connected into one unit, with the possibility of bringing communal infrastructure (electricity and water) due to the proximity of existing connections.
