Omis – Modern villa with pool and sea view

This modern villa is located on the slopes of a small hill with open and stunning sea views, a short drive from the most beautiful beach in the area. It is 7 km away from the small, Mediterranean town of Omis and the river Cetina and approx. 30 minutes drive from Split, a town under UNESCO protection, and 45 minutes from Split airport.

It is oriented to the south, ie to the Adriatic Sea and islands.
Due to the construction of the terrain, the villa was built in a cascade, on three floors, connected by internal and external stairs. The first, basement floor consists of a garage for two cars, a wellness area with air-conditioned fitness room and Finnish sauna and a home wine cellar.

On the ground floor, second, level, there is a swimming pool of 26 m2 with a built-in massage system, outdoor shower and jacuzzi for up to six people. The pool is surrounded by a teak sundeck, outdoor dining area, sun loungers and parasols, and offers complete privacy and magnificent views of the sea and islands.
In the inner part of the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a living room equipped with a fireplace and a bedroom with a private bathroom.

On the last, third floor, there are three en suite bedrooms, with private bathrooms and access to the balcony, which, again, offers an open sea view.
