A beautiful stone house with a large Mediterranean garden located first row to the sea on the island near Sibenik. The house has a dock in front of the house and a storage space for a boat within the garden, a few meters from the shore.
The house is spread over three floors. The ground floor consists of small studio apartment (with bathroom and kitchen), tavern and store room. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining room, large living room, bedroom and bathroom, and summer kitchen on one of the three terraces.
The third floor has a separate entrance, a large living room with a kitchen, a partially covered terrace and two large bedrooms with bathrooms.
The house was built in 1970 and the last adaptation was done in 2005.
The 70 olive trees are located on the upper end of the plot and is irrigated by a drop-in system.
The house requires minimal investment and is an ideal ‘second home’ for all those who like to enjoy untouched nature and peace.
