The house is located in an excellent position with direct access to the beach.

It consists of three floors:

– On the ground floor there is a two-room apartment consisting of two rooms, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and a dining room with access to a large terrace (sunbed) and the rest of the garden where there is a barbecue and a table for summer family gatherings and dining under the pergola.
– On the first floor, which is accessed via a separate entrance, there is a comfortable one-room apartment with access to a large covered south terrace
– On the second floor, there is also a one-room apartment with a separate entrance with access to a large open terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the entire water area.

The facade and the roof of the house are new, while the interior of the house should be renovated.

The yard is all green with a parking space for at least 3 cars.
