The villa is located in a small village, right in the very center, with the beach directly in front of the house. There is space along the shore for mooring boats, so you can keep your boat right in front of your door. Korčula and Orebić are only a few minutes away, so you get the peace of a small village and everything you need nearby.
The spacious front yard facing the sea is designed for spending the whole day outdoors. In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a sun deck, surrounded by palm trees and oleanders, along with a jacuzzi and a terrace with a barbecue. Part of the terrace is covered by a pergola with louvers that open and close, so the space is pleasant in both sun and rain. Behind the house there is an additional seating terrace. The entire property is fenced and finished in stone.
This is an old house that has been completely renovated, and during the renovation all the stone details were preserved, based on the old house that once stood here. The property thus keeps the character of traditional Dalmatian architecture, combined with modern comfort. In 2025, the entire property was also refreshed, so it is in excellent condition and ready to move into and to continue renting out.
On the ground floor there is a two-bedroom apartment with two modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and walk-in showers, a kitchen and a living room, as well as a storage room for linen and maintenance supplies.
