An asphalt road runs along the plot, at a distance of 3 m, the electricity grid is also 3 m away, and the water main is 20 m away, so connection is straightforward. The plot is currently overgrown with pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The sea and Strožanac beach are about 500 m away. The sloped position offers the possibility of views of the sea, the Split Bay and the islands, with the marina and Strožanac beach, Žnjan and all of Split with Marjan visible, and the Mosor mountain in the background.

 

Strožanac is one of the most sought-after parts of the Podstrana riviera. The beach, marina, restaurants and cafés are a few minutes’ walk away, and Split is within easy reach by car. The plot is an excellent choice for building your own house, whether for living or as a holiday home, and also as an investment in apartments for rent.
